Abraham demonstrated professionalism and expertise throughout our parking lot project. When issues arose that were outside of his direct control, he stepped up, took ownership, and made sure they were resolved.

To be clear, the problems were not the result of anything Abraham or Staunch did wrong. On a commercial project involving multiple subcontractors, mistakes can happen. Abraham’s experience shows in the quality of the crews he selects, but even with good subcontractors, things occasionally go wrong. What matters is how the contractor responds when they do.

That is where Staunch really stood out. I’ve worked with other contractors who were quick to distance themselves from problems caused by their subcontractors. Abraham did the opposite—he treated the project as his responsibility from beginning to end.

Very helpful and honest guys. I needed a restamp of my concrete to match the existing. They were honest that they didn’t have that stamp at that time and that it would be best if I could find someone that did so it looked perfect. Then gave me some pointers to use while getting other companies to make sure I got the finish I was looking for. Will call them again for different projects. If you have any experience with life in general and especially construction projects, you know what appears to be simple very rarely is.   I have experience working in this field and family members in Houston who are actively working in construction.  I can assure you, it doesn't get any better than Abraham, Heather and Staunch Construction.   Grateful for their patience and their diligence in overcoming complex obstacles.  Most importantly a deep understanding of how to get things done in the most efficient and effective manner with very reasonable costs. Abraham responded to my request for a quote promptly.
I described that I wanted, a 24' x 85' driveway, plus a long sidewalk with curbs ~60 ft x 3 ft for erosion control, and a revised ramp to an existing sidewalk, and a trash can pad.
He took drone photos of the lot, and emailed me his quote with drone photos highlighting the areas he was quoting.

I had three other quotes from other companies and Staunch Construction was far more professional than the other three companies.

Abraham and his crew arrived on time and Abraham described the job to the crew. They went to work and completed most of the forms the first day.  The second day they completed the forms, and poured and finished the concrete.  After the concrete  cured enough, the forms were removed and did a great job of cleaning up the site.

We were initially building a pool in our backyard when we decided to add a guesthouse. Staunch Construction was recommended to us for laying the foundation and applying stucco and stone to match our home per HOA guidelines. From the first meeting, Abraham stood out as exceptionally friendly and helpful, clearly explaining the process. His pricing was very competitive, so we quickly chose Staunch to handle this part of the project.

All of Abraham's subcontractors were punctual, knew exactly what needed to be done, and conducted themselves very professionally.

Seeing the quality of the prep work and the fair pricing, we decided to extend the scope of work to include an 80+ foot extension of our driveway to reach the new apartment, a small sidewalk under the side gate, and additional cement work behind the apartment for future projects. As always, they delivered excellent results!
